At Rocky Mountain Custom Cabinets, Dustan is the newest member of our team, blending a contagious entrepreneurial vibe, appreciation for craftsmanship, and inspiring leadership. Originally from Illinois, Dustan made the move to Colorado for college, where he instantly connected with the stunning Rocky Mountain lifestyle and a passion for doing things right.

Dustan’s story kicked off at just 16 with door-to-door sales—That spark led him on a journey, from building custom homes to a lengthy career in college recruiting, and recently steering finance and business growth for multimillion-dollar healthcare organizations.

What really sets Dustan apart is his attitude, he’s all about delivering for our clients and giving back to the community through healthcare and business groups. His values? Faith, freedom, and family—shine through in everything he does. When he’s not in the shop, you’ll catch him hanging out with his wife, two kids, and their adorable dog, Samson, exploring Colorado’s trails, outdoor fun, and a love for liberty that’s as big as the mountains!

Kevin, co-owner of Rocky Mountain Custom Cabinets, brings a profound blend of craftsmanship, compassion, and entrepreneurial vision. From humble beginnings in a small town off Lake Superior, Kevin’s journey—marked by marrying his high school sweetheart, raising four biological children, and adopting nine children with medical complexities—reflects a heart for service and excellence. His legacy extends beyond cabinetry, as he founded Colorado’s largest privately owned pediatric home care and medical supply company, a testament to his commitment to community and care.

Kevin’s experience in carpentry and masonry, honed while supporting his growing family, evolved into a mastery of business and accounting, which he now channels into leading Rocky Mountain Custom Cabinets. By implementing lean manufacturing systems, proven in his other business ventures, Kevin ensures precision and quality standards are met for every customer of Rocky Mountain Custom Cabinets.

Outside the shop, Kevin’s passion shines in church events, gardening, and hands-on time in his workshop, but his greatest joy is playing with his children, fostering a home filled with love and purpose.

Project Manager and Finish:

Lisa has a background deep rooted in craftsmanship, honed from an early age in a family cabinet shop, our Project Manager has mastered the eye for quality and sets the bar very high for the standards of finishing and Thermofoil, the last step before every piece of sent to final assembly.

Personally overseeing each cabinet with meticulous attention to detail. From opulent stained hardwood to sleek thermofoil designs she ensures every project is executed flawlessly.
