  • Time Restrictions: We send messages only between 8 AM and 9 PM in your time zone.

  • Do Not Call Compliance: We check the National Do Not Call Registry before sending marketing texts, ensuring we only contact those who’ve consented.

  • Internal Training: Our team is trained to obtain, document, and manage consents using Dialpad and our CRM, ensuring compliance across all outreach to homeowners, builders, contractors, and cabinet shops.

  • No Third-Party Sharing: Customers personal information (e.g., name, phone number) will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. We use your data solely to communicate about your projects or promotions with Rocky Mountain Custom Cabinets.​​
